Acura is the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Honda. The brand was introduced in the United States and Canada in March 1986, showcasing extravagance, execution, and elite vehicles.

Acura holds the qualification of being the original Japanese car Luxury brand. In its initial couple of years of existence, Acura was among the top rated luxury labels in the US.

Since its commencement, Acura has been a pioneer in the car business. In the late 1980s, the achievement of the organization's first lead vehicle, the Legend, propelled kindred Japanese automakers Toyota and Nissan to dispatch their own Luxury brands separately.

The 1990 dispatch of the unparalleled NSX introduced a mid-engine exotic sports car, offered a reliable and practical alternative to exotic European sports cars, and introduced Honda's VTEC variable valve timing system to the North American market. The 1993 Legend car included Honda's first utilization of a six-speed manual transmission, mated to a Type II motor. In the late 1990s, Acura delivered the Type R sub-model of its conservative Integra roadster, which included a lessened check weight, a stiffer and lower suspension, and a high-yield VTEC motor.

In the early-mid 2000s was launched while Acura presented new models, including the organization's first all-unique SUV, the MDX, and two models which succeeded the Integra, the RSX and TSX, individually. -S forms of the RSX, CL, and TL were added to the brand's lineup amid that decade. Acura's 2005 RL leader presented SH-AWD, a torque-vectoring all-wheel drive framework. The 2007 RDX, a crossover SUV, highlighted the main North American utilization of a turbocharged Honda motor.

In the 2010s, Acura gave us many more new models, including the ILX, TLX, and RLX. A second generation NSX will be available in showrooms this year. Smart, self-aware, internet savvy people will not only be impressed with all of the tech found in Acura’s current line up, but will love the reliability, drivability and stylish looks. No matter what year Acura you drive, Acura has and will always offer the complete package.
