Q. Are Right Parts Passenger or Driver? Same question for Left Parts. In the catalog, these parts are marked "L" or "R". 

A. Right side Parts are for the Passenger side whereas Left side Parts are for the Driver side. This is standard. 

Q. When Can I Expect My Order? 

A. All in-stock orders placed before 12:30 EST Monday-Friday are shipped by the next business day. 

In the event a part(s) must be ordered from American Honda, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive to us and is promptly shipped to you.

95% of orders are shipped complete within 1-3 business days of placement. 

A tracking number is automatically e-mailed(same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes. Beware: Spam-Block Folders can grab Tracking Number email.

In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Time in transit depends upon your location. As we are in South Florida, transit times could be from 2 days to the southeast to 5 days for the West Coast.

Q. Are the parts I am buying genuine Acura parts?

Q. Is ACURAOEMPARTS.COM authorized to sell Acura parts? 

A. Yes, we have been an authorized Acura automobile dealer since 1987. 

Q.How can I get an owners manual or service manual for my Acura. 

A. Contact Helm Inc. at 1-800-782-4356 or visit www.helminc.com. They publish Acura materials and can ship them directly to you.

Q. How can I get a key or radio code?

A. As these are security features, you must physically present proof of ownership for these to be provided for you. In the case of a radio code, you should start with the dealer where you purchased the vehicle. If privately purchased, you will need the serial number from the radio, which requires physically removing the unit. 

Q. What is a "core charge"? 

A. Some parts are factory remanufactured and a charge is imposed until the exchange is completed. For example: Two remanufactured calipers are purchased. A core charge of $50.00 per caliper is added to your purchase. When the old calipers are returned in their original packaging, the core charge is refunded.
